The top floor ballroom of Ybor’s Cuban Club was the location for the final, but main event of the International Rum Fest. Over 100 rums were available for tasting. The displays were attractive, but it was the rum that had everyone’s real attention. Flavored rums seemed to get the most attention. Coconut, mango, lime, passion fruit, pineapple and others. The more accomplished tasters sought straight tastes of aged rums from across the world.
