Gaspars Grotto in Ybor was the venue for a reggae event of the four day International Rum Fest. With grilled shrimp, jambalaya, fruit kabobs, and delicious rum touched dishes, the Rum on the BarB was a great way to enjoy some of the many rums at the fest. Organized by Dori Bryant of the Polished Palate, 200 people jammed Gaspars for several hours of fun. Watch for this event to be a regular each year during the multi day event.
