Every year the Florida State Fairs rolls into town bringing us entertainment, food, and old-fashioned family fun. This year was no exception. Whether young or old, there is truely something to put a smile on your face here at the fair.

Upon walking into the fair grounds, one can't help but smell the oh-so sinfully delicious fair food. If healthy eating is your thing, you'll probably want to head back for the door. But if you're into the classics, grab your napkins and your wallet. You can eat just about fried anything; cheese, oreos, even Pepsi. And if you need the portability of food on a stick, you have a choice between corn dogs, shishkabobs, and so much more. Don't forget the sweet tea to wash everything down!

After regretting that last elephant ear, you have a few choices: take a chance at the carnival rides, play some games, get close to the farm life, see a show, or check out some local crafters. If you're like me, you'll want to save those rides for last. They're more fun in the dark anyways...
