Al Lopez Park was jammed as the 2008 Annual Humane Society Event brought lots of people and pets to a fun day of activities and displays. This was the largest Bark in the Park to date. Around $80,000 was raised to help the Humane Society with their many programs to assist pets with care and adoption. Frisbee tosses, runs, tricks, costumes, all added to the fun. A few dashes of rain made the day a little challenging, but the pets took it in stride. We have sponsored this event for 3 years now, and look forward to next.
